Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing patient care, and actively participating in TMS treatment protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health care and show a keen interest in TMS therapy and its advancements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management and TMS therapy protocols. Work collaboratively with the TMS technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options. Stay updated with the latest research and developments in TMS therapy. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- PMHNP in the State of Arizona Master's degree in Nursing Science with focus on mental health Experience in the diagnosis, prescription, and management of medication for mental health disorders, including knowledge of TMS therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) and telemedicine Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training programs
