We are dedicated to helping our patients heal, grow, and thrive.Mindfully Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Psychiatrist for our expanding psychiatry services. The practice locations are Cincinnati, Marion, and Strongsville, Ohio (may choose one). The work consists of providing psychiatric services to patients of the practice, which can be telehealth. The psychiatrist will also supervise nurse practitioners in their specific office.Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR, Child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.Compensation can be a combination of salary and productivity, depending on full status. Productivity compensation can exceed $300,000 with no cap.Why join our team?

Responsibilities:

• Manages the healthcare of patients with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and preserves dignity and rights
• Prescribes and manages medications and non-pharmacological therapies based on the patient's diagnoses, health history, and age
• Applies standardized care guidelines in clinical practice
• Performs designated procedures
• Ensures compliance
• Works collaboratively with integrated team, including PMHNP and counselors

Qualifications and skills:

• Required License - Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted OH license to practice medicine
• Ability to function as an effective member of an integrated healthcare team.
