Job Description

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join the growing medical group at the KP Skyline Medical Office in the Salem, Oregon. A combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities is used to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation. Our psychiatrists provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. Our local staff work in a care model that supports 50% virtual visits and must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule.

For this Psychiatrist position, applicants must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health). You will need to demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based care.

Salary range: $273,500- $312,300

Additional Lifestyle $19,000 annually
