Cleaners Warehouse Hawaii is hiring a Maintenance Technician who has general knowledge of repairing restoration and general equipment. Established in 2013, Cleaners Warehouse is locally owned and operated with operations on Maui and Oahu. We provide an impressive product line of supplies and equipment to support all restoration, cleaning, maintenance and janitorial necessities. We pride ourselves on providing our clients first in class service and delivery.

Essential Functions

• Perform facility and customer equipment repairs
• Repair rental fleet equipment and customer equipment
• Check control panels and electrical wiring and outlets to identify issues
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment
• Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations, inventory, deliveries, building projects as assigned)
• Report to store manager any foreseen issues or challenges
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Perform other related duties and activities as required and necessary

Equipment Operated

• Forklift
• Rental equipment (pressure washer, auto-scrubbers, floor machines, grinders, etc.)
• Company vehicles
• Power tools and hand tools
• Computer or Ipad

Education and Experience:

• Must have valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous working experience as a Maintenance Worker for 2 year(s)
• In depth knowledge of repairing various equipment
• Experience with hand and electrical tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be physically fit to bend, kneel, lift, carry, push, pull, reach overhead

Other Requirements:

• Must have clean drivers abstract.

Days: Flexible

Hours: 7am-2pm, remaining at 20 hours or less.
