Other duties may be assigned.

• Providing back up and support for Kelsan buyers.
• Working with suppliers to determine delivery dates for overdue purchase orders.
• Reviewing purchase order confirmations for discrepancies between Kelsan\'s PO and the supplier\'s confirmation.
• Setting products up in Kelsan\'s ERP system.
• Providing resolution for tickets requesting the ETA for a product or products.
• Processing direct ship POs.
