Pouring with Heart is currently looking for a Lead Security Host at American Bonded, Denver. We are excited to find a new family member to help keep our crews and guests safe.

About This Career

The Lead Security Host is responsible for the oversight and management of Security Hosts at their venue. This role demands a high level of organizational skill, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of security management within a hospitality setting. The Lead Security Host will set the standard for safety, ensuring that each team member contributes to an environment where both guests and staff feel safe, valued, and respected.
Our hosts are the first person in the bar that has the opportunity to interact with guests and create regulars, as well as the last person who gets the opportunity to wish them well on their way out. Our security hosts are expected to embody the value, WE ARE FRIENDS AND FAMILY and this role certainly epitomizes that. When successful, this person will use humility and patience to create & keep a safe environment for guests and the bar team. Successful Lead Security Hosts will do these things while also demonstrating hospitality and creating regulars through kind, compassionate and engaging interactions with our guests. In this role more than others the Lead security host will be faced with handling incidents at the bar, which is why the PWH value of WE TAKE THE HIGH ROAD is so crucial to success at the Lead Security Host position.The Lead security host position will work closely with MODs, bartenders, barbacks, and other security hosts, so communication and awareness are key here. As a Lead host you are the first and last person to interact with our guests, so let's make it one to remember!

Hello Stranger & Goodbye Friend

- Greet every single guest with an enthusiastic and genuine welcome to your venue & wish them a fond farewell while encouraging them to return

Building Regulars

- Know your regulars by name
