We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to help test, analyze, and improve product performance. This Analyst will work closely with our QA Manager to help stabilize and functionally test data-driven products. This candidate should be great at solving problems, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting, and communicating test-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create, execute and maintain detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases mapped to business requirements, workflow, and system design documents to ensure proper coverage.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities in support of system development efforts and working within Agile methodologies
• Responsible for understanding the application architecture and developing the best method of performing end to end testing
• Identify software defects and track them to closure
• Regularly and proactively communicate status, risks and other issues related to projects that are under testing.
• Assist application developers and technical support staff in defect root cause analysis and resolutions
• Maintain the regression test bed to meet changing requirements
• Ability to multi-task and drive results with a sense of urgency to meet aggressive project timelines
• Participate in the production releases as needed
• Contribute to the development of QA process and procedures
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancement

Required skills / experience:

• 3+ years work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands on Experience using Project Management, Bug Tracking and Test Management tools
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to independently plan, prioritize and perform software testing for complex systems within general guidelines with minimal supervision

Preferred skills:

• Some experience with automated testing tools preferably selenium.
• Knowledge of SQL Query and backend testing.
• Hands on Experience using Project Management, Bug Tracking and Test Management tools preferably JIRA, Zephyr
• Good understanding of QA processes in Agile methodology, conversant with Agile processes and ceremonies

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $68,000/year - $77,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant\xe2\x80\x99s skills, experience, and training.
