Resources for Human Development is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) for its IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) programs in Delaware. The QAA regularly visits program and administrative locations to assess and improve quality and compliance in services. Additionally, the QAA collects and reports data as related to service quality. Work is performed primarily in the community with up to 80% travel to service locations throughout Delaware.

Responsibilities/Duties
Assess service and administrative locations in the areas of health and safety, service provision, participant satisfaction, alignment with RHD Values, compliance to applicable licensing/regulatory standards.
Review participant and employee documentation for quality and compliance.
Collect and analyze data, share findings with QA team, programs, and leadership.
Engage participants and employees to understand needs, expectations, and satisfaction.
Provide technical assistance and education to programs to improve overall quality.
Address issues of concern with program leadership.
Assist in preparation for licensing, assess and support post licensing activities.
Join other teams within the organization to drive quality, safety, satisfaction.
Develop and maintain knowledge/application of RHD expectations and relevant regulatory standards.
Required Experience
Three (3) years in the human services field, preferably working with adults with developmental disabilities.
Knowledge and understanding of Delaware DDDS regulations strongly preferred.
Required Education
Bachelor\'s Degree in a Human Services field, including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation, nursing, counseling, psychology.
Master\'s Degree in related field is highly preferred
Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently in an organized manner; can balance routine and prioritized activities.
At ease building and developing relationships with diverse groups.
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
Ability to present information clearly through report writing and oral communication.
Current driver\'s license and dependable transportation.
Program Summary
RHD IDD programs provide person centered and trauma informed residential services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism.
RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within 4 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters.
