Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a Beverage Manufacturing Company in Western North Carolina. This is a full time position and reports to the Plant Manager.
Job Qualifications and Duties:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (B.A. /B.S.) from a four-year college or university;
- 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in QA/Food with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with managing direct reports is required.
- Must have technical understanding of food safety including manufacturing, quality, HACCP, and GMP operations.
- Must have a SQF and PCQI certification
- Previous experience in Beverage or Bottling environment.
- Experience working with Aseptic Filling technology.
- Manages the daily operations of the department.
- Manage 2 direct employees and 8 indirect employees
- Oversees the Quality departments.
- Oversees QA Supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s management of the sanitation department.
- Oversees document review of all Food Safety and Quality Reports
- Base salary range of $101,00 to $140,000 based on experience.
- 16% annual bonus based on performance
