Overview:
The Quality Assurance Manager, (QA) is responsible for inspecting all buildings to ensure ServiceMaster personnel are effectively cleaning their assigned accounts. The QA Manager is to inspect the cleanliness and investigate all complaints regarding ineffective cleaning or customer complaints. QA Manager will assist the housekeeper and the Division Manager in achieving customer satisfaction within the account.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
\xc2\xb7 Perform regular inspections of customer accounts to ensure that the cleaning crew is performing cleaning procedures according to the building task list.
\xc2\xb7 Identify areas for improvement in the cleaning of customer buildings.
\xc2\xb7 Recommend corrective actions that could improve the appearance and cleanliness of customer buildings.
\xc2\xb7 Perform follow-up inspections to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented.
\xc2\xb7 Correct deficiencies on site if possible.
