Job Description

The Quality Assurance & Retail Support Processor plays a key role in supporting retail sales operations by reviewing and processing consumer loans and deposit accounts for completeness and accuracy. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient in handling multiple tasks while ensuring documentation complies with regulations and company policies.


What Youll Be Responsible For:



Loan & Deposit Processing:

Review and process consumer loan and deposit account documents for completeness and accuracy. Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted to appropriate agencies. Maintain proper filing of loans and deposit files in accordance with data protection regulations and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve any documentation issues to ensure all files are complete and compliant with Community Choices policies and regulatory requirements.



Collaboration & Member Support:

Assist members and team members to deliver a delightful and efficient experience that encourages future success and loyalty. Support members with consumer loans and deposit servicing requests. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while answering phone calls and resolving inquiries promptly.

Report Management:

Generate, review, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for retail operations. Analyze data to identify trends, or areas of improvement. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to processing time, accuracy rates, and member satisfaction.

Who Were Seeking:



At least 1 years experience in consumer processing, financial services, or back-office support. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A high school education or GED.
