The Quality Assurance Specialist Supervisor duties would include, but are not limited to:
overseeing the quality assurance team to ensure that all products/services comply with established quality standards supervising quality assurance processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to enhance quality outcomes
Our ideal candidate would:
have a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools possess excellent leadership and team management skills be able to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with diverse teams have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
preferred Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
