Salary: USD $55,000.00/Yr.Description and Responsibilities:The Quality Coordinator for Integrated Care will assist with accreditation, contract compliance and overall quality improvement within the Integrated Care division by working collaboratively with program staff, management, partner agencies, and organization leadership. This role ensures Open Sky\'s compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements from its state funders as well as compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. As an Agency Leader, the Quality Coordinator is a role model of Quality Assurance and Compliance for the Organization as a whole.Other key responsibilities:

• Assists with the management and facilitation of all required accreditation and contractual procedures and requirements.
• Works collaboratively with staff to ensure efficient and effective services and implementation of the Agency\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Improvement Plan. Participates in workflow, tracking tools, and documentation guidance, development, and implementation.
• Provides training on quality management philosophy, techniques, and areas in need of improvement.
• Conducts and coordinates routine reviews and audits to assess performance around key performance indicators and quality metrics. Supports teams with routine review of electronic health records to ensure adherence to regulatory and Agency requirements.
• Provides additional training, guidance, and performance improvement plans when necessary, ensuring follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications:

• B.A. Degree in related field, plus (2) years\' relevant experience. Alternative education and experience may be substituted for degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software at a level of excellence, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to develop collaborative professional relationships with program staff, management and organization leadership.
• Experience and/or familiarity with electronic health record products, highly desired.
• Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and acceptable driving record.
