SUMMARY
Responsible for plant-wide documented quality system. Schedule internal audits and ensure closure of non-conformances. Coordinate external IATF audit and be primarily responsible for the audit and non-conformance closure activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manages the documented quality system plant-wide to ensure systems and processes are established, implemented and effective in meeting the requirements of IATF 16949.
Interacts regularly with production management, engineering and Quality Control managers to effectively manage the quality system.
Establishes/implements/maintains TG Missouri Quality management system.
Manages internal audit systems.
Establishes/coordinates/assists with quality awareness activities (e.g., quality month, competitions).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with supervising interns, as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, auditors, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and various other groups from within TG Missouri.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Technical degree
Computer literate (primarily Microsoft Office)
Ability to implement new systems
Ability to work well with disparate groups and help bring them to
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and various quality systems
Internal audit training completion/certification
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Need to attain certified internal auditor to the current version of IATF 16949 or equivalent and work to attain certified lead auditor.
