AvaMed Inc is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs all of California State Correctional Facilities/CDCR. At the moment we are in URGENT need of a Radiologic Technician to take on a Full-Time assignment at the correctional facility located in Blythe, CA. Provider must have a minimum 1 year of experience.
Position Details:
Full - Time
Radiologic Technician
Blythe, CA
Shift Available: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible)
$44/hr (W2/traveler)
:
Under the direction of the Institution\'s CEO/CME or designee, the Temporary/Relief Temporary/Relief Radiologic Technologists\xe2\x80\x99 duties/responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following requirements:
a. Develop and processX-Ray exposures;
b. Comply with all exam protocols as established by the CDCR Diagnostic Imaging department;
c. Consult with Radiologist or ordering medical provider when necessary for purposes of clarification;
d. Provide emergency medical support to medical providers in the event of allergic reaction to injected radiological contrast or any other medical emergency;
e. Utilize proper identification marker prior to procedure
