RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responding to inbound leads and prospects via multiple channels (SMS, SEO, Cold Calling, RVM, direct mail, etc.) * Consistently following up with leads in the pipeline and being persistent with communication. * Talk with distressed sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash. Build rapport with them and overcome objections. * Consistently close a high percentage of qualified leads and get the contract signed. * Be willing and available to take 20+ hours of calls per week * Be willing to prospect multiple leads each day * Daily prospecting activities using various mediums as identified by the company * Maintain company records and tracking systems * Meet and exceed company set quotas. * Help move deals towards closing. * Provide feedback for lead analysis on factors that may impact purchase price (floor plan, sq. ft, surrounding area, topography, etc.) YOU SHOULD: * Be an "A" player and have the drive to excel at everything you do * Have proven sales experience * Be a people person who enjoys interacting with others through telephone calls, pounding the pavement, etc. * Have excellent follow-up, time management, and consultative selling skills * Have your own computer, reliable internet, phone, car, and a quiet workspace * Be willing to talk with homeowners/prospective sellers, assessing property conditions, making offers on the property over the phone and negotiating with sellers based on lead analysis and investor exit strategies * Try to improve yourself by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs or whatever means possible * Be flexible and adapt easily to change * Understands success comes through hard work and tenacity * Have high integrity and values that align with the core values of the company WHY JOIN OUR TEAM? * You\'ll be part of an elite team with unlimited growth potential * The opportunity to make uncapped income * Make immediate impact daily (lives will change because of your actions!) * Work from home, set your own schedule, total flexibility, and freedom * Tier based commission structure with weekly/monthly bonuses * Ability to create passive income by being a real estate investor yourself Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Benefits:
