Job Description
MUST BE LICENSED AZ REAL ESTATE AGENT
Handle all avenues of RESIDENTIAL property management and rental leasing of single family homes including but not limited to:
-Assisting homeowners with premarketing for upcoming vacancies including running CMAs for suggested rent rates
-Listing available vacant properties for rent through property management software and MLS
-Regularly updating homeowners during vacant periods
-Leasing: gather and processing all leasing documents and working with applicant
-Working with homeowners on approving applicants and completing prior to move in items
-Addressing any lease negotiations or questions homeowners/applicants might have
-Handle early term lease negotiation and/or mutual rescissions
-Working with tenants on maintenance, property and leasing issues
-Phone work
-The position is a full time (M-F) in office position NO WEEKEND WORK*
-Must be looking to work for a stable, reliable company that has been in the valley for 20 + years
-Must have current work history that can be validated
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year DOE
