Direct Property Aid in Chicago is seeking a motivated Disposition Manager to join our dynamic team. Position: Real Estate Disposition Manager
Location: Chicago, Illinois (in office)
Compensation: Commission of net profit + weekly base + performance-based bonuses Position Description:
As a Disposition Manager, you\'ll play a crucial role in selling properties to investors. Your responsibilities include managing the sales process, building relationships with investors, and ensuring successful property transactions. Qualifications / Requirements:

• Must have a laptop to work off of
• Able to type efficiently
• Familiarity with real estate investment processes is advantageous
• Able to provide 3 personal and professional references
• Confident phone and in-person communication skills
• Able to work in our Lakeview office 5 days per week + weekends when required
• Must have the discipline to meet deadlines consistently
• Reliable transportation

• Manage the sales process for properties
• Build and maintain relationships with investors

• Make outgoing calls to existing and potential investors
• Track and report all metrics related to your position
• Ensure a consistent and efficient sales pipeline
• Record information in our online system
• Provide exceptional customer service to investors
