Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Finance Partner to join their nationally Chambers-ranked Real Estate Practice Group. While the preferred location is Phoenix, Arizona, otherClient office locations and Nevada-based attorneys admitted to practice in Arizona will also be considered.Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of ten years of experience in real estate finance
• Extensive experience advising lenders throughout financing transactions, including term sheet negotiations, documentation, closing, and ongoing advice
• Expertise in areas such as construction loans, homebuilder acquisition, development and vertical construction loans, health care real estate, dealer finance, financed ground leases, bridge and mezzanine loans, EB-5 debt, syndications, forbearance arrangements, and deed-in-lieu transactions

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in real estate finance transactions
• Draft, negotiate, and/or manage the drafting and negotiation of loan documents
• Conduct and/or oversee due diligence
• Deliver value based on the firm\xe2\x80\x99s core principles
• Utilize the firm\xe2\x80\x99s national platform and tools to develop new business opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Arizona
• At least 10 years of focused experience in real estate finance
• Portable practice preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
