Compensation:
$222,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and all real estate transactions Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards Help build a Vendor departmentQualifications:
3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent Unparallelled communication and customer service skills Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance Applicants need a managing broker's licenseAbout Company
