We are an established team, small but productive, and we are looking to add an agent who is serious about making Real Estate their career. We are client-focused, service-driven, and have built an established system for earning repeat and referral business.

$100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, creating a network of repeat and referral businesses. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations in every transaction. Participate in team-hosted client appreciation events, networking opportunities, and gifting programs. Learn proven strategies for database management, lead generation, and marketing. Represent high-end buyers and sellers with professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications:

A licensed real estate agent passionate about real estate and relationship-based selling. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building trust and rapport. A polished, professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction. A self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn and implement new strategies. Willingness to attend client events and participate actively in the community
