Our Palm Springs office is looking for a professional Realtor to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Realtor\'s responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate..

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients\' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
• Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Evaluate the clients\' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions

Requirements:

• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Consultant approach to business
• Empathy for others
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license
• Must be 18+
