Job Description


Position SummaryThe Rebate Forecasting & Analytics Advisor is responsible for rebate modeling and support for the renewal client underwriting process. Expected to provide proactive communication to underwriting team on impactful insights in the rebate data. Work cross functionally to align on overall underwriting strategy and providing the best client offer.Essential Functions

  • Run rebate forecasting models to provide for underwriting
  • Perform Quality Assurance reviews on results to ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with the underwriter to confirm strategy and data alignment
  • Consult with clinical team members on more complex clinical issues
  • Provide analysis to support development and implementation of rebate pricing strategies
  • Other ad hoc analyses as requested
Qualifications
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and collect reports
  • Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
  • Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, remain focused and execute work with minimal supervision, able to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Offices skills, general technical proficiency in other office related tools
  • SQL experience a plus
