Codale is a customer centric organization, dedicated to helping our associates build life-long careers.What You\'ll Do:Load/unload trucks using forklift or pallet jack checking for damage/shortagesInspect/verify quantities, item numbers, descriptions against purchase orders utilizing a RF scannerSort inventory for distribution and put awayReport damages or shortages following process guidelinesAble to work with minimal supervisionStrong detail-orientationComplete daily equipment inspection checklistsWillingness/ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) - stand up lifts, Bendy\'s, order pickers, and sit-down propane forklifts to move and shift material on the warehouse floor and rackingClean work area(s) daily to maintain a safe working environment at the facilityOperate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standardsWillingness to work extra hours occasionallyOther Responsibilities as assignedWhat You\'ll Bring:Six months or more of related experience and/or training is preferredEquivalent combination of education and experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent to GEDBasic reading, writing, and math skills requiredForklift experience a plusStrong relationship management skillsExperience with Lean and 5s methodologiesAbility to grow and maintain relationship with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personalityPossession of good sense of humorStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong creativity and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasksPossess reliable problem-solving abilityWhy work for Codale Electric Supply?It feels good to drive down the road and say, \xe2\x80\x9cI played a part in that.\xe2\x80\x9d You can be part of a wide array of projects, no matter your role at Codale.
