Peoria Lawn in Bartonville, IL is looking for one receptionist to join our team. We are located on 4201 Pfeiffer Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and has great work ethics.

Responsibilities:

You will assist the owner in completing many office tasks daily such as:


Assign and Route Trucks and Techs 1st thing in the morning Greet and Welcome Guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls, emails, and other platforms clients communicate through. Respond to requests for estimate Adjust and send out invoices Scan and/or file receipts using QuickBooks and/or other accounting software Organize and schedule meetings as needed Maintaining office cleanliness and keeping it presentably organized *Assist in Managing Rental Properties

Qualifications:

Experience as receptionist, accounting, and/or office manager. General knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Etc. Be familiar with or adaptable to new software and technologies. Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone mannerisms. Time management and organizational skills Rental Property Management is a Plus.

Hours:

Lawn Care Season: You can expect 20-40 Hours. This greatly depends on how well the team does in taking care of clients and your overall work ethics in the office to help keep them busy in the field. Winter Season: Depends greatly on snow, but hours tend to be 10-20 hours per week during the winter season which is from Mid-December to Mid-March. The more skills you possess, the more I can keep you busy during the winter months.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
