Answer busy phone lines, greet tenants and visitors, basic clerical duties. Handle many of the tenant inquiries & issues. Work directly with engineering staff to help direct & route all tenant calls. Process incoming & outgoing mail, update office files, tenant files, & vendor files. Assist office staff when ever necessary. Must be able to multi-task, must have good people skills and be reliable
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

GENERAL OPERATIONS
Answer phones, greet visitors, sort mail, distribute all incoming faxes handle various tenant issues
Maintain office files updated, update insurance files
Data Entry
Interface with various DE departments such as accounting, legal and leasing.
Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity, and works well under pressure.
Prioritize multiple tasks and produce accurate work.
Maintains a professional image. Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with residents and outside vendors. Good customer service skills.

TECHNICAL PREREQUISITES
Knowledge of computer systems principles and procedures, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, and other relevant software
