Are you a bubbly and customer oriented person? Are you an experienced receptionist and have an interest in growing with a company? If so, we have a fantastic client in Manchester looking for a Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a good listener, have good attention to detail, and have an interest in growing with the company. Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the company by greeting those who walk-in
- Manage front desk calls, emails, prepping mail
- Prepping conference rooms & replenishing supplies
- Track attendance & update excel sheets
- Maintain PO log
- Filing
- Manage staff documents
- Approving invoices
- May help with HR functions as needed
