Receptionist- PT, Monday-Thursday from 5PM-8/8:30PM,
Position Summary:
Serves as the first point of contact between CHILD, Inc. and the general public. Professionally greets and responds to inquiries by the general public, clients, visitors and callers both face-to-face and over phone. Handles other duties as assigned. Works evening hours. Daytime hours needed occasionally to cover vacations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers telephone, channel calls to appropriate staff members and/or voice mail
Receives clients and visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel
Provides information and referrals to callers and visitors
Prioritizes calls
Accepts payments and provides receipts
Education, Experience, Skills & Other Requirements:
Possession of High School diploma or equivalent
Reliable
Excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to exhibit calm, friendly, courteous and professional demeanor
Experience with computers and standard software
Experience with administrative and clerical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to interact with all types of individuals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
