The Receptionist role at BDFS is best suited for an individual who has a welcoming disposition and can stay organized under busy circumstances. This position will report to the Director of Operations but will be assigned various tasks by our Financial Advisors and our Account Representative team. The Receptionist will predominantly handle all incoming calls and scheduling while also handling the following responsibilities:
Greeting clients at front desk
Document scanning and filing
Outgoing and incoming mail
Database upkeep
Keeping the office orderly (i.e. wiping conference room table, washing a client's coffee cup...)
Occasional assistance with various projects
Assisting advisors with administrative tasks
An ideal applicant for BDFS is someone who:

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Experience working in an office setting is preferred. Minimum education required is a high school diploma. Applicant must be willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening and have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the office.
