Responsibilities:



Answer incoming phone calls while screening each caller and promptly routing them to the appropriate party.

Greet all guests in a professional manner. Guests may include clients, outside legal personnel and vendors.

Provide general administrative support for Attorneys and Paralegal staff as needed.

Provide expert-level customer service to all internal and external clients on a consistent basis.

This position requires extreme professionalism on all levels as you will have heavy client interaction. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will split your time between receptionist duties and billing tasks. Receptionist duties to include electronic file management, scanning and copying documents. Must be able to multi-task, be confidential and discreet, and remain calm under pressure.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
