Currently looking to employ someone who:
  • Has excellent communication skills (Pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice)
  • Has the ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls or patients at once
  • Has excellent computer skill (Minimum of 45 wpm, with intermediate/expert skill in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Has excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Can learn quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Takes initiative and is self motivated.
  • Is punctual and dependable/reliable
  • High school diploma, GED, or better
  • Bilingual (Fluent in both English AND Spanish)
Job Duties Include:
  • Greet visitors and patients (in person or on the telephone)
  • Answering phone calls (answering inquiries or route calls to appropriate staff members)
  • Receiving and delivering messages
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Responsible for reception area (Maintaining the reception area)
  • Updating existing patient demographics
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Patient Intake
  • Fax and receive documents to and from doctors\xe2\x80\x99 offices/hospitals
Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Temporary Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits:
