Job Description


Busy Multi-cultural accounting firm is looking for a Receptionist / Data Entry individual. Person will serve as the initial point of contact by greeting clients/ visitors & answering phones. Person will also do data entry including payroll. Other duties include:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Collate and distribute mail
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Other various duties that come up in support of the office / Executive personnel & owners
Excellent inter-personal skills & good client relations a must along with the ability to communicate clearly. Position deals with people and clients from a wide variety of levels. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable skilled multi-tasker. Must be mature, eager to learn, reliable & amiable. College degree required. Must pass drug test. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:
  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
