Job Description
Busy Multi-cultural accounting firm is looking for a Receptionist / Data Entry individual. Person will serve as the initial point of contact by greeting clients/ visitors & answering phones. Person will also do data entry including payroll. Other duties include:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Other various duties that come up in support of the office / Executive personnel & owners
- Monday to Friday
Our office is adhering to the 3 W\'s- Wash hands, Wearing masks during meetings & when meeting clients, etc not necessary at individual desks & Wait or Watch your distance- maintaining 6 ft social distance Ability to commute/relocate:
- Charlotte, NC 28204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
