:ResponsibilitiesThe Receptionist/Switchboard Operator is responsible for answering the main switchboard in a professional and timely manner and will respond to routine questions, forward calls to appropriate departments and/or individuals, take clear and accurate messages when necessary and ensure all staff are informed of their messages; greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. One (1) year experience in the health care field preferred.License/Certification:Not required.Skills:Must have a pleasant voice and excellent telephone manners. Have the ability to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and must be able to deal professionally and diplomatically with all staff and the general public.
