Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and screening job applications, conducting phone interviews with potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
Review and screen job applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
Assist with scheduling interviews with candidates and coordinating the interview process.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with people on the phone.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
High energy and positive attitude.
