Job Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer is a part-time, temporary position focused on sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and marketing job opportunities across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other social media platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates and creating marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other social media platforms
Screen candidates and schedule interviews
Create and manage social media campaigns to market job opportunities and attract talent
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
Passion for talent acquisition and creating a positive candidate experience
Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, follow directions, and meet deadlines
Persuasive communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Teams and OneNote
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other social media marketing platforms is a plus
Experience with Adobe is helpful
