Delaware North is searching for a full-time Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join us at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York.   • Provide assistance to candidates as needed with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting issues that may prevent the process from moving forward, and escalating issues that need further attention
  • Schedule candidate travel, regularly communicating with candidate
  • Maintain and regularly deliver reports that outline progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables
  • Partner with recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that help the team move forward
  • Support the Recruitment Operations Team in auditing requisitions and other assigned reports
  • Process referral exception requests, ensuring eligibility criteria are met
  • Minimum 18 months' experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business
  • Must be able to work in our Buffalo headquarters at least 3 days per week
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or as an administrative assistant is preferred
  • Must have sound judgment, and exceptional customer service, time management, and computer skills
  • Agile in thinking and approach
  • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Previous experience working directly with leadership of a large organization is preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred
