We are currently seeking a Regional Director to help fulfill the mission of Endeavor Schools by providing administrative support, training, development, and professional leadership for their assigned schools. Our Regional Directors support our School Leaders and ensures they are growing and maintaining relationship with staff, students, and families to build a healthy school with a strong sense of community, as well as guides the day-to-day operation of the school in compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and internal regulations in an ethical manner. This position will be remote, supporting schools in Minneapolis area. The selected candidate must have the ability to travel with the assigned region up to 75% of the time.
