#LI-DNIJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced Regional Director who has a successful track record of leading teams selling technology platforms. You will be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the acquisition of new logo customers and for generating new business in existing accounts. You and your team will have success in this role by understanding the customers definition of business value and challenging them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. You\'ll be able to inspire potential customers by providing thought-provoking and consultative strategies to help some of the world\'s most iconic brands to better engage with their customers.The perfect candidate is an exceptional dealmaker and leader who can negotiate and close new business opportunities, and is experienced at uncovering customer needs, qualifying leads, creating a pipeline closing business, exceeding revenue targets, and meeting deadlines. This person has a stellar reputation, and natural ability to have insightful conversations with senior executives.   • Being responsible for building and leading a team of Account Executives in the acquisition of new logo customers and achievement of sales targets
  • Generating new business in existing accounts of Khoros suite of products and in new markets, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives for companies across all verticals
  • Owning regional development, strategy, and execution planning
  • Map accounts for key decision makers and influencers, as well as develop a regional strategy for growing business
  • Being proficient at selling Khoros offering and managing all stages of the deal cycle
  • Being highly disciplined in Khoros value selling methodology and use our tools and processes to facilitate your teams success.
  • Being highly visible in the field, with your team, directly engaging with potential customers, and coaching your team to achieve beyond their reach
  • Utilizing data to help inform your decisions and to provide predictable results.
  • Using Salesforce and other data sources to manage forecast/pipeline and provide visibility to senior leadership on a weekly basis
  • Being a student of your region and team, always learning and actively improving upon the productivity in effort to drive better results
  • Understanding how digital, marketing, customer service, IT, and procurement processes work within Fortune 1000 companies
You might be a good fit if:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree; or relevant professional experience
  • 8+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience, selling at senior executive levels and to large multinational organizations (preferably with online communities, social media management, and customer care/service software)
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions or complex technology within large Enterprise accounts
  • 5+ years of Sales management experience in software sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota as both an individual contributor and team leader
  • Being an exceptional dealmaker and leader who can negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • Natural ability to have insightful conversations with senior executives.
  • Ability to work and influence effectively across organizations both internally and with prospects
  • Experience identifying new sales talent, interviewing and building sales team.
  • Enabling and applying training methodologies with widespread adoption.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30%
This is a United States-based, remote position; however, at this time we are not able to consider candidates living in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.The base salary range for this role is $155,000-$175,000 with a commission variable. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant\'s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
