Description:We are looking for a Regional Director, Total Rewards to drive the strategic compensation and benefits agenda for our global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This high-impact role requires a strong business mindset, deep expertise in compensation strategy and the ability to influence senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.As a key partner to GTM leadership, you will ensure our rewards programs are competitive, performance-driven and aligned with our global business goals. You will play a pivotal role in compensation planning, executive and sales compensation, benchmarking and equity strategy; shaping programs that attract, retain and engage top talent worldwide.Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.About The Role:
