  • Prudential is seeking a highly motivated Individual Life Insurance sales professional with measurable success in the life insurance and annuity marketplace to become a part of Private Placement Distribution Channel. As a Regional Vice President, the selected candidate will be responsible for increasing the sales of Prudential\xe2\x80\x99s Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuity products through Banks and Wirehouses on a national basis
The current EWA for this position is Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

What you can expect:
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding sales results within assigned territory
  • Effectively partner with internal business units to amplify and complete individual sales plans with selected distribution partners
  • Meet or exceed activity requirements deemed necessary to achieve sales goals as defined by sales management
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Prudential\'s products, services and programs and effectively use knowledge to compete and win in the marketplace
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to Brokerage General Agencies, Institutions, and Individual Producers within the territory on the use of Prudential\xe2\x80\x99s products and services
  • Position requires overnight travel \xe2\x80\x93 50-75%
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
  • Strong Private Placement product knowledge preferred
  • Local market knowledge & industry awareness
  • Knowledge of advanced sales concepts
  • Strong presentation and seminar selling skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships effectively
  • Life & Health/Series 6 & 63 licensed
It\xe2\x80\x99d be a plus if you had:
  • Experience in life insurance and/or annuity sales experience in Banks and Wirehouses preferred
  • Professional designations such as CFP, CLU, ChFC preferred
  • Understanding of industry financial issues and key profitability measures
  • Demonstrates adaptability and resourcefulness
