What is ABA?Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a research-backed method for improving behavior by using behavioral principles. ABA therapy is designed to enhance essential skills and improve the overall quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.Your Role:

• Deliver ABA interventions to clients within their homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, and prepare it for presentation under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Work closely with program staff to ensure therapy programs are consistent and effective.
• Provide updates to parents and guardians on daily activities, and accurately relay their feedback to your BCBA.
• Implement and adjust individualized ABA therapy programs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with your BCBA to ensure high-quality therapy and support.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and accepting feedback.
• Follow instructions carefully and seek clarity to perform effectively.
• Adapt to working both independently and as part of a team, depending on program needs.
• Have reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 8:30am to 6pm M-F Availability
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is advantageous but not required.
• RBT certification active with the BACB preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
• Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification, and AZ fingerprint card.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation (we do not transport clients), and up-to-date insurance.
