You will develop care plans by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring on-going medical conditions, and through collaboration with the other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will work directly with patients and their families providing support and nutritional education.Schedule

**On Call and holiday coverage as assignedHow Registered Dietitians Empower Recovery

• Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.
• Provides group nutrition education as assigned.
• Provides active meal coaching and support for patients and families/communities of support, including participating in and completing Therapeutic Supported Meals/Snacks as appropriate and as assigned.
• Provides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care.
• Collaborates with Nutrition and Culinary Manager and nutrition team when needing or providing clinical coverage.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential required
• Current license in the state of employment (Georgia) required
• One year of clinical experience
