The Terraces of Phoenix, one of 10 HumanGood communities named "Best Continuing Care Retirement Community for 2023-2024" by U.S. News & World Report is hiring an experienced Full-time Registered Nurse.

** Full-time ** 2pm - 10pm ** $42 - $53/hr. (DOE) ** $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for New Full-time Hires

** Shift Differentials: + $1.00/hr. for PM Shift; + $1.50/hr. for Night (NOC) Shift + $2.00/hr. for PM Shift on Weekends; + $2.50/hr. for Night (NOC) Shift on Weekends

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident\xe2\x80\x99s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Current/prior skilled nursing experience required
