Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to \xe2\x80\x9cfloat\xe2\x80\x9d between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

What will you will do in this role:

\xc2\xb7 Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

\xc2\xb7 Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

\xc2\xb7 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

\xc2\xb7 Current BLS required

\xc2\xb7 Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire

\xc2\xb7 BSN is preferred

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Other-Fingerprint Required
• Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma
