Position Summary:
The nurse\'s scope of practice is determined by Cath Lab department policies/procedures and standards. The RN\'s role in Cath Lab process included pre-process, preparing, circulating nurse, recovery nurse for the infant to geriatric age range. PICC line insertion and line removal will be primary area of focus. Education to unit nurses on IV insertion.
