As a Registered Nurse on the Critical Care Unit, you are responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

This is a Weekend Status position, which includes a $7.00/hour shift differential.

• Nursing Degree Required

Experience Requirements:

• Two years of ICU experience required

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment

BLS certification within one month

ACLS certification within one year
