The successful candidate will be working at the oldest and largest community for Floridians with developmental disabilities, which is dedicated to providing residents with opportunities and services that respect and encourage their personal choices, enhance their quality of life, and maximize their individual potential. This job is ideal for candidates seeking consistency in their work schedules! Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of RN experience, excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have excellent communication skills.PAY:
$1,800/Weekly Gross
$45/Hourly

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
• Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
• Foster a caring environment that respects patient\'s dignity
• Intervene during crises or emergencies, providing immediate support and collaborating with the team to manage challenging situations
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided
• Administer medications according to physician orders, ensuring accurate dosage and proper documentation
• Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR RN REGISTERED NURSE:

• 1+ years of recent nursing experience required
• BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• RN license in Florida
