Registered Nurse (RN) \xe2\x80\x93 Family Maternity Center/NICU
Pay Range $31.60- $46.00/hr

A Level II Trauma Center and Magnet hospital in Missoula, MT is searching for a permanent Registered Nurse for their Family Maternity Center/NICU. This is a fast-paced unit made up of caring individuals who put the patient\xe2\x80\x99s safety and concerns before themselves. This is very much a team-like atmosphere and it\xe2\x80\x99s an excellent opporntity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients
- Administer medication as instructed by physicians
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient\'s condition
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
- Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems
- 1+ year of acute care experience
- Nursing degree/diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3years of hire
- A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six (6) months of hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within thirty (30) days of hire
