Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities You'll Love:
Assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide care based on clinical judgment. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and document residents' health status and responses to treatment. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other staff to ensure the highest quality of care. Educate residents and their families on health maintenance, treatments, and medications. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards. Provide compassionate, responsive care to residents, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.
NOW HIRING: Registered Nurse (RN)What We Look For:
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware. Previous nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make informed, quick decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
