Must work 2 of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, X-Mas Eve, X-Mas Day, New Years DayBaird 6 General Surgery: M/S Tele RN, 12H Nights, 36 or 48H; BLS; and NIHSS req., will float to other med/surg units; 2 weekends a month; patient population = general surgery; prior travel is pref; EPIC exp from w/in the last year Required; Exp. in large teaching facility req Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday Can apply for VT license at time of offer; IVS does interviews; This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
